Biggest Lesson Learned:
Experiment and learn from your mistakes. Multi-task and get sleep and take your time or else you'll forget baking soda / salt or other ingredients. This happens when I work crazy hours!

I still remember all my teachers at culinary school and all my old bosses/jobs I have carried their knowledge with me.
