I have over 40 yrs of cooking, in quanity cooking and for mom and pop cafe's
Biggest Lesson Learned:
you can cook without buying fancy spices, or exspensive ingredients
Books, classes, teachers that have helped me:
most of my cooking experience has been hands on. Starting with a mother who was a great cook, and I wanted to be like her.
Education, Awards, Pro Experience:
I have cooked for seniors, and I have worked with young people in a youth a camp. The hardest cooking is for my grandchildren who only eat peanut butter.
My Tips:
- think things threw before you act. Remember tomarrow is a new day.
