I just love the food!
Experience:
I have a great love for Russian and Ukrainian food, German and Polish, too. I spent two years living in Ukraine and am married to a Ukrainian, so I have a decent amount of experience with preparing Slavic foods.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Not being afraid of involved recipes
