Whether you are a vegetarian or, simply want to add a "Meatless Monday" or more plant based foods in your diet, I support you! rnrnI'm grounded in the following principals: rnrnWhole, naturally grown foods are the best source for optimal nutrition.rnDietary supplementation may be health promoting when used in the appropriate form, but is not a substitute for a good diet. rnNutritional well-being comes from the balance between a person's health promoting diet and lifestyle, and the nutritionally negating environmental and lifestyle influences.

Certified Fitness Nutritional Coach, through the National Exercise and Sports Trainer Association (NCCA accredited). I'm a trained facilitator through Stanford School of Medicine's licensed Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.


Biggest Lesson Learned:
I believe holistic nutritional awareness to support optimal health. Natural whole foods play a vital role in your physical and mental well-being, creating a healthy harmony for your life. My philosophy on nutrition is that regardless of your food habits, small changes can make a difference to momentum for positive, powerful results.
