Books, classes, teachers that have helped me: I work daily with accomplished chefs. I have an extensive libary of cookbooks and cheese related books. I also have a relationship with several artisian cheesemakers within WI, such as Brenda Jensen at Hidden Springs Creamery. I also use the Wisconsin Dairy Board as a resource.
Education, Awards, Pro Experience: I am the cheese manager at a speciality food market in Milwaukee, WI known a Sendik's. I often participate in cheese tastings in local bussiness and for benefits representing Sendik's.
