Why I want to be mentor in this category: I am eager to share my knowledge and skills acquired over the years. With the booming interest in plant based diets, and home cooking, I feel I can help others understand how to cook this food with full on flavor and tastiness.
What inspires me in this category: I would love to mentor others, to learn how to cook for themselves, and be less dependent on the processed foods from factories. Knife skills are a must, and I can pass those on as well.
Experience: I have lots of experience cooking professionally, and while growing up, I cooked next to my grandmother. I also have been accumulating knowlege in food anthropology, through reading several dense and interesting books on the history of food.
Biggest Lesson Learned: Fire is hot, it burns.
