Why I want to be mentor in this category:
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I want to share my pasion for food. I want people to learn how incredible and versatile is the egg. I want them to know about other eggs, like Duck, Gueses,and Quails
What inspires me in this category:
Eggs are so simple and so easy to make. they go well with almos everything. From custards, to scramble and omelet, eggs are an inspiration to create a wonderful meal.
Experience:
Our family owned a Restaurant for 20 years.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Food handling, Food contamination, Food safety.

Why I want to be mentor in this category:
I want to teach you new ways of cooking. Teach you new flavors and not to be intimidated by food you do not know. I want to teach how to make a good rice and curry chicken. Coconut Rice, Calipso rice and much more.
What inspires me in this category:
The spices, the colors, the variaty in food and flavors are a pallet of inspiration.

Biggest Lesson Learned:
Keep it safe in the kitchen no distractions.

Visit the internet, write words like, "culantro" "Yuca" "Yautia" "Cilantro" you will discover the real flavors. Happy cooking!!
