Why I want to be mentor in this category:
I've got the experience to help the ones that are learning to cook and etc.
What inspires me in this category:
The thrill of making the food good. A lot of times cater will just open cans of food and warm it up. Not me! I want my food to be good if I'm cooking for one or one hundred

Biggest Lesson Learned:
The best ways of keeping your food from spoiling,the amounts per person
Books, classes, teachers that have helped me:
I've taken every home Ed class in school. Taken cake decorating classes. Learned for older cooks on different things.
Education, Awards, Pro Experience:
Started cooking when I was 12. Work in resturant work since 18. Started catering and making cakes for special occassions since I was in earily 20's
My Tips:
- Try to keep the menu to what taste the people you are cooking for has
