I've found so many ways to help cut calories in my favourite recipes and I'd love to share the things I've learned with others to help them live a healthier lifestyle!
I have been whipping low calorie meals & snacks for quite a while - both my husband and I have lost weight by counting our calories and watching our portions.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Good food doesn't have to taste bad!rnDon't deny yourself anything you love, just find a way to make it a little healthier! Substitute, substitute, substitute!

- Canned pumpkin is great in place of oil or eggs in baking
- If you can't get the hang of portion sizes, buy a digital scale and weigh your food! It works wonders!
