What inspires me in this category:
Pressure cookers save time, money and give you better tasting foods then other cooking methods.

Been using pressure cookers for many years. I own a couple Yahoo groups including one with over 4600 members
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Always read and save your instructions for your pressure cooker because they all have different requirements.

Self training, am currently working on a new cookbook the first in a series.

My Tips:
- Do not use aluminum pressure cookers to cook acid foods like tomatoes as they will pit the cooker.
