Why I want to be mentor in this category: I would like to help people eat healthier and reach their fitness/weight-loss goals without sacrificing good taste!
Experience: I am in my thirties and have three children and I am in the best shape of my life. Exercise makes you feel great and is crucial to any diet's success but what you do in the kitchen is what makes or breaks you.
Biggest Lesson Learned: I have learned that a diet without good-tasting food is DOOMED to failure. You can eat healthy and still enjoy flavorful, satisfying food. Even dessert!
Education, Awards, Pro Experience: I have no formal training but I have been on many different diets throughout my life and I have definitely found what works and what doesn't.
