Why I want to be mentor in this category: I would love to become a mentor in this category so I can share some of our talents and skills to fellow bakers and to our community.
What inspires me in this category: This category inspires me for many reason. Who knew making little pastries can bring life to those that never though would have a chance of life. That is why we love baking to be able to help those in need.
Experience: I am the owner of "Sakura's Gourmet Pastries" a new online patisserie, which will be opening a store front soon.
Biggest Lesson Learned: I learned that if you love what you do, you will always have fun doing it. We love baking and making pastries at the same time giving back to the community.

Education, Awards, Pro Experience: Graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in 2009 with a degree in Culinary arts. rnWorked in a well known patisserie in Kanagawa, Japan "Lilien Berg". rnHave participated in many charity events for example Cupcake Camp OC, Upward bound House Welcome Home Celebration and more.
