Why I want to be mentor in this category:
I am seeing a lot of bad Filipino recipes in the net and it is time to post the "tried-and-tested" ones.
What inspires me in this category:
There will always be room for "desserts".

Biggest Lesson Learned:
a recipe will never be the "ultimate" one until you make it your own! So keep testing, tweaking and perfecting your recipes!
Books, classes, teachers that have helped me:
I am a crazy collector of culinary books and magazines for years and all my culinary teachers got me started on this "sweet" journey.
Education, Awards, Pro Experience:
attended various baking and cake decorating classes, including master's Wilton.
My Tips:
- It only takes a bay leaf to ensure my bag of flour is always baking-ready.
