Experience: My signature cheesecake is Lemon-Ginger Cheesecake. I've been making cheesecakes for the past 8 years. Ever since I make my own, I do not buy store bought. I've started to try to make them healthier but found using regular cream cheese is the best.
Biggest Lesson Learned: Water bath is essential to keep cheesecakes moist. You don't need a ton of ingredients. Always start with the basics then add flavoring.
