because gluten free and organic cooking is very beneficial for everyone and i want to spread the word and help others see that this way of eating is more than just bland commercilized packaged food... ask me i will tell ya

What inspires me in this category:
ceilac disease affects many children in the world and learning to cook for them is important. dining out should not be a hassle too we need to spread the word

i have become an avid learner of all things gluten free and made it a gourmet way of cooking. I thought at one time i had celiac sprue so i decided to learn all i could and good thing too. it is more common than ever nowadays

Biggest Lesson Learned:
that baking and cooking are very different and patience is key
