Why I want to be mentor in this category:
Baking is my passion. obsession, and occupation and to help bring this out in others is "icing on the cake"
What inspires me in this category:
I've been known to make exceptional dessert and it's where my passion lies and it's what I like to do.
Experience:
Dough/crust, ganache, cookies, filling, cheesecake, brownies. I've spent several years studying the scientific techniques behind baking allowing me to understand the "how's and "why's" of baking.
Biggest Lesson Learned:
Anyone can become an exceptional chef, cook, or baker it takes, time, patience, passion, and tenacity. It's not hard to make a cake from scratch once you understand baking science.
