Experience: I have been a professional chef for about 7 years, and recently added Culinary Coach to my title. I have cooked in restaurants, taught for Viking Cooking School, Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, and personal classes as well. I also have experience in catering and food writing.
Biggest Lesson Learned: My biggest lesson is that food is a unifier...and there isn't always just one way to achieve something great in your kitchen
