Why I want to be mentor: I learned to cook the hard way, all by myself. If I can help someone else learn, it would be fulfilling and fun.
Lesson Learned: That experimentation is a wonderful way to create new and exciting foods
Tip: Never be afraid to try a new ingredient in an old recipe.

Why I want to be mentor:
Lesson Learned: Cook gingerbread well. (dark is better than too light-need to cook out some of the moisture)
Tip: Don't try to assemble any parts of the house on a rainy or very humid day. The icing (mortar) won't harden-it will collapse.

Why I want to be mentor: Christmas is my favorite holiday and the best time of year to cook and bake til your hearts content!
Lesson Learned: There has been some experiments! Trust me there has been a few times I learned the hard way but thats how we all become better!
