Why I want to be mentor: I learned to cook the hard way, all by myself. If I can help someone else learn, it would be fulfilling and fun.
Lesson Learned: That experimentation is a wonderful way to create new and exciting foods
Tip: Never be afraid to try a new ingredient in an old recipe.

Lesson Learned: Cook gingerbread well. (dark is better than too light-need to cook out some of the moisture)
Tip: Once done decorating, spread any leftover icing over the cardboard--looks like snow.
