Why I want to be mentor: Because I spent to much time with trial and errors that I hope to save others from the failures and just have great outcomes!
Lesson Learned: There are some things that no matter what you do to them, will not convert over into a great, kosher (non-dairy) dessert... and there are some things that will absolutely suprise you!
Tip: Plain soymilk is a great alternative for dairy when making pareve desserts but you must adjust the sugar!
