Mentor In: Main Dish

Why I want to be mentor: Because my joy is Main Dish, it\'s all I cook, all i want to cook, and I ever will cook.

Lesson Learned: Gordon Ramsay said to me, \"Don\'t F* up your meal because you want to do it YOUR way, sometimes it\'s neccessary to follow someone else\'s instructions.\"

Tip: Lay every ingredient on the counter, make a schedule of when to start what so that your entire meal is ready to dish all at once
