Lesson Learned: This is a quick bread. That means you shouldn't mix it and then go talk on the phone 20 minutes before you put it in!
Tip: The recipes use either baking powder or baking soda. If it uses baking soda, an acidic ingredient must be used for it to react with and start to bubble and rise.
