Why I want to be mentor: I have successfully created many recipes and am willing to help people have more success in their scone making abilities.

Lesson Learned: Cold unsalted butter does not mean room-temperatured unsalted butter nor does it mean cold regular butter.

Tip: The butter MUST be cold and unsalted.

Why I want to be mentor: Nobody should be 45 before they no how to make great food for themselves and loved ones!

Lesson Learned: Use a Danish dough whisk to mix.

Tip: Brush frozen scones with milk and sprinkle with coarse sanding sugar for crunch!
