Why I want to be mentor: I love sharring unusual cheeses with my customers, family and friends. I also enjoy sharring ideas on using those cheese choices in the kitchen.
Lesson Learned: I work with a wide variety of cheese from around the world. I introduce my customers to new ideas and taste.
Tip: Cheese is always best at room temp and the flavor is always stronger with heating.
