ABOUT ME

I am a 44 year old mother of 3. I have been married for 19 years to the greatest husband ever. I have come to love cooking, but really LOVE TO BAKE. My Grandmother was an incredible baker, and I think I have started to follow in her footsteps. It makes me think of my Grandmother every time I bake.

Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day

Baking/Cooking Training: No formal training. More trial by error!

Favorite Food: I love almost all foods. But picking just one.......PEANUT BUTTER!

Favorite Food Moment: One of my favorite moments happens a lot......making an incredibly simple, but delicious meal, and serving it for my family.

Favorite Cooking Word: Pulverize

Favoriate Restaurant: Rutabagorz or Fitness Grill

Favorite Chef: Ina Garten.....her cooking is simple but delicious!

In My Town Try: Stubriks Steakhouse. Honestly the best steaks I have ever had! The Black & Blue is incredible.

Interests: I love cooking, baking, golf, my kids sports & my family.

Languages: English & pig-latin (I've still got it).

Books: Besides the Bible, I am more of a magazine reader.

Music: Hootie & The Blowfish (going to their concert tonight). Gosh Groban, & any kind of Blues.

TV/Movies: Fried Green Tomatoes, and The Bodyguard.

Travel: I have traveled to the Greece, Italy, France, Northern Tip of Africa, Hawaii, Mexico, and just last week, my first trip to New York.....FABULOUS!

Clubs: Weight Watchers. I have been at goal for 3 1/2 years now. I love 50 pounds!!!!
