Baking/Cooking Training: Home grown baking and cooking. There are some things that come natural. I have also taken a few classes, like Wilson basics and Home Chef just for the techniques.
Favorite Food: Foie gras, New York Steak, duck confit, carrot cake and hmmmm cauliflower with melted velveeta for now.
Favoriate Restaurant: A little place in Paris near the Eiffle Tower that serves the most wonderful duck confit and foie gras. They have toasters on every table for your toast and foie gras. Yum! Wish I could remember the name. Sorry
Favorite Chef: Tom Collichio (sp), Ina Garten, and Tyler Florence.
Interests: Reading, drawing, designing, baking and paper craft.
