Hello! My name is Shannon and I'm a small time baker in NC. I pretty much only do cookies, but I do a wide variety of Biscotti as my area of specialization. I've been nudged over this way by a friend on an art site, so I'm still getting to know this layout. For now I don't have much else to add here. On a personal note, I'm married with a young 21 month old daughter. We just moved to a more rural town and dove in head first into the country life after more then 25 years living in a major city. Our biggest entertainment of late is our newest hobby of chicken farming. We have a small free range flock fed on organic foods which give us excellent eggs to bake with. We're being to raise some ducks on our pond who will free range as well and give us even yummier eggs for my baking. They really make the difference in my recipes!
