ABOUT ME

Hi there! I'm a professional restaurant and kitchen manager who is seriously dedicated to the art of European gourmet cuisine at budget prices! As the owner of my own series of restaurants, I've been featured on several TV spots and published in newspapers, college papers and the web. I've always believed that the restaurant industry is more than great food. It's really a "people" business, where friends and family gather to share a unique experience with one another. Exemplary service and atmosphere create this experience, highlighted by the artful cuisine.

Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day

Baking/Cooking Training: I was fortunate to learn in some of the finest restaurants worldwide. Now I pass these lessons on to my own students.

Favorite Food: There is not a food I've ever met that I didnt like.

Favorite Food Moment: I have great food moments every day. It's what I live for.

Favorite Cooking Word: I like to finish my creations by exclaiming, "THAT'S what I'm talkin' about!"

Favoriate Restaurant: My own.

Favorite Chef: I've developed many young chefs in my career. Each one of them is my favorite.

In My Town Try: Primoska. It is quite the savory pasta dish.

Interests: Anything outdoors. BBQ'ing with friends. A cold beer...and believe it or not, business talk.

Languages: Russian, German, English

Books: The Dream Book. It has led me to countless adventures.

Music: I can do just about anything music-wise, except rap.

TV/Movies: A good comedy, a good action flick. They need to come out with a new western.

Travel: I've been everywhere man, I've been everywhere. Favorite place...Bern, Switzerland

Clubs: I support a lot of youth organizations, from the local schools to 4H. I believe in a good future for our young people, and will do anything for them.
