Cooker or Caker: Both
Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day
Baking/Cooking Training: I come from a long line of great cooks. My great grandmother owned her own diner back when my mother was in her teens. Cooking is in my blood and comes naturally to me. There's nowhere I'd rather be than in my kitchen creating memories.
Favorite Food: Macaroni & Cheese is my weakness, though I've developed a great love for fresh vegetables through my nutrition plan.
I also love crab cakes, chicken parmesan, chicken tikka masala, and gyros!
Favorite Food Moment: There's too many to count, but I have to say my favorite ones are when I've been lucky enough to cook for multiple people at once. I love cooking for entertaining. Small intimate meals with friends with multiple dishes served family style at my table. There's nothing better than getting it all done at the same time, all hot and delicious and good for the souls of those I love most.
Favorite Cooking Word: Wow... hmm.. That's a tough one. Cheese! Ha!
Favoriate Restaurant: Where I live we've got a great Indian restaurant called Cuisine of India. They've got a fabulous lunch buffet with the most delicious chicken tikka masala.
I also love Mario's Pizza on Nasa 1, Johnny Tamale also on Nasa 1, and Pappas Barbeque!
Favorite Chef: Favorite pro chefs are Emeril, Mario Batale, and Rocco D!
Favorite celeb chefs are Paula Deen, Alton Brown, Guy Fieri.
In My Town Try: Mario's Pizza - nasa 1
Pappas Barbeque - I45 (gulf freeway)

Interests: Knitting, reading, cooking (duh, right?), dachshunds (or any dog I just so happen to own the cutest mini dach in the world so I'm partial), movies, writing (in the process of writing a book), my brother and sister-in-law, having a good time!
Languages: English and bits of spanish if you speak slow... heh..
Books: Gone With the Wind, Little Women, Jane Eyre, The Sookie Stackhouse novels.
Music: Aaaaaaaall.. Hanson is my all time favorite though. Followed closely by classics like Fats Domino, Jerry Lee Lewis, Otis Redding, Little Richard, Elvis, etc etc etc etc..
TV/Movies: Heroes on NBC, anything on the food network obviously, and any movie that doesn't bore me..
Travel: Anywhere is fine by me! I can find a good time wherever I go.
