Hi, I'm 37, mother of two little girls (5 and 2), originally from Croatia, but have lived in Italy since 2000, married to an Italian guy. I work as an English teacher and translator. I love cooking and baking, I hate ready meals. I particularly like all recepies that involve fruit and/or vegetables. I like simple dishes, with as many fresh ingredients as possible. I'd really like to learn the art of cake decorating. I live in Modena, Emilia Romagna region, homeland of Prosciutto di Parma, Parmiggiano Reggiano, Aceto Balsamico di Modena, tortellini, mortadella, lasagna, all famous around the world, not to mention Ferrari and Maserati cars...
