Heard about BakeSpace From: I think I googled a recipe once and it sent me to bakespace.

Like everyone on here, I love good food. I love to cook and bake, but I don't like to spend too much time on any one recipe. Fast, easy, and good meals are my favorites. Love a good all-in-one dish so I don't have to think about what to make as a starch or vegetable. I just started cooking and baking a few years ago out of necessity while in grad school. I don't have many recipes of my own and rely mostly on cook books and Martha Stewart's "Everyday Food" magazine. I'm not sure how many recipes of my own I'll be able to contribute. I don't eat red meat, so I end up adapting many recipes from books and magazines for my tastes. Maybe I can post those adapted recipes. Maybe I'll post some of my mom's recipes...
