Baking/Cooking Training: My mother and grandmother taught me the basics of cooking, however I started to really explore different techniques from recipe books.

Favorite Food: Squash, Collard Greens, Rice, Macaroni and Cheese, Sweet Potatoes, Sweet Pea Soup, etc....etc...

Favorite Food Moment: My grandmother is an amazing cook and baker. She has 3 family recipes that she takes the time to teach all her grandchildren. When I was around 14 yrs old during our family reunion she asked me to help her in the kitchen. Ever since then, on any special occasion I will cook her famous sweet potato casserole, red velvet cake, or pound cake.
