I am happily married with 2 kids. I live in West Virginia. We recently remodeled our kitchen to include some great appliances that I love. I really enjoy seeing what I can make at home.

Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day

Baking/Cooking Training: Just from family, television, and what I have learned on my own.

Favorite Food: Probably Pizza, and not just the average take out thing. Pizza can be an art.

Favoriate Restaurant: Emeril's Nola

Favorite Chef: Emeril, Bobby Flay, John Besh and learning all about food science from Alton Brown.

In My Town Try: We are great restaurant poor and chain rich here. It's hard to recommend anything you won't find at every mall. The Japanese steakhouse is good.

Interests: Cooking, XM radio, travel.

Books: All of Alton Brown's books, Shirley O. Corriher's Cookwise and bakewise are great.

Music: Aerosmith, I like a lot of older music too. I enjoy the 40's 50's 60's 70's and 80's channels on XM as well as Classic rewind.

TV/Movies: Back to the Future, Men in Black.
