ABOUT ME

Hello . . . my name is Diana, also known as the Galley Wench on a variety of other cooking site. A more appropriate name for me would probably be SOURDOUGH . . . I'm really into it! My husband and I are retired and spend the winter months on a sailboat on the west coast of Mexico (thus the name Galley Wench), and our summers in the mountains of Arizona! It's a lot of fun, but with it does come with challenges for galley wench, i.e., provisioning and the lovely refrigerator situation . . . can only be compared it to 'dumpster diving'.
