Favorite Food Moment: Figs. I was never fond of figs until my husband took me to Greystone at the Culinary Institute for my birthday 10 years ago and they served figs stuffed with goat cheese wrapped in pancetta and roasted with balsamic vinegar. Oh my. New creation..Pear Fig Jam
