ABOUT ME
I am a food lover. I inherited this trait from my mother. While growing up she always made sure we ate wholesome and homemade. She baked her own bread, cookies, cakes, pies and brownies. She always said she wants to know what ingredients went into our bodies, plus it was less expensive to make it yourself! I am ashamed to say I would whine asking why I couldn't have Wonder bread or Chips Ahoy like the other kids. But then, when I had those foods at friend's houses I would be a little snot and say "my mom's are better." So while I have a tiny urban kitchen and not a ton of time, I really love cooking and am always looking for tasty, healthy and easy new dishes.
