ABOUT ME

I am a forty-something SAHM with 5 kids: 2 teens, 2 tweens and a preschooler. Our four oldest are boys whom we adopted at birth. The youngest was a surprise homemade daughter. I have been blogging since October 2008 and have found in blogging an addictive release. I love to cook, bake and create in the kitchen. My approach uses both frugality and common sense mixed with a tendancy to think outside the box.
