Baking/Cooking Training: I learned to cook from my family from an early age and have been absorbed in learning all there is to know about cooking/baking since then.
Favorite Food: How can I possibly pick just one food as my favorite? I love it all, if it's well made.
Favorite Food Moment: The first bite of an exquisite dish. Nothing ever tastes so good as that first luscious bite!
Favorite Cooking Word: My favorite is really more of a term than word: mise en place. It makes all the difference in the world.
ABOUT ME
What can I say? I'm a health nut. I love tasty food and believe that healthy doesn't have to mean boring or flavorless. That being said, I also feel that decadent treats have a place in this world too!
