Baking/Cooking Training: Have had a few classes here and there but wanting to go to culinary school.

Favorite Food: This is such a hard questions but I love seafood, all kinds of Cheese, and garlic with everything!!!

Favorite Food Moment: When I was in Kindergarden and realized one day I will be able to handle a chefs knife and be able to cut as fast as the chefs I would see on TV.

Favorite Cooking Word: Amuse Bouche, Many French and Italian cooking terms like Mirepoix, and Mangia!

Favoriate Restaurant: Too many in too many different Cities! My moms house is the best ;)

Favorite Chef: Michelle Bernstein, Tom Collicio, Anthony Bourdain, Daniel Boulud, Michael Ruhlman, Auguste Escoffier, My good friend Rocky Dominguez from Reno NV!

In My Town Try: Rapscallions, Oyster Bar at the Nugget and Atlantis, Silver Peak Brewery, Betos, JJ's Pie Co., Marios Portifino, 4th St. Bistro, Bistro 7, Beaujolais Bistro, La Vecchia, Sezmu and many other Downtown Cafes/Bistros!

Interests: Cooking, Playing with my almost 3yr old, Wine and Dine with my friends and husband, Dancing, Reading, Typing, Barefoot in the Summer time, Sipping Coffee at a lil bohemian cafe, being with my Family, Finding new music, snuggling with my hubby and munckin on our movie nights, date nights with my hubby, eating at new restaurants, being with my close girlfriends, online shopping, grocery shopping

Languages: Spanish, English fluently, understand and can speak a little Italian. I want to learn French!!!

Books: Cooking Books! Serial Killer Books! (there was a time in my life where I was going to school and wanted to be an embalmer...hehehe). Funny Parenting Books! and the Dictionary

Music: Too much. Everything and anything from Oldies, Jazz, Indie, Punk, Spanish, Italian, New Wave 80's, to Old School Rap, old R&B, Country....and so forth. :)

TV/Movies: I love all things food related on TV. Movies: Many French and Spanish films, a lot of indie movies, all Brat Pack movies, anything that John Cusack or Liam Nesson is in!

Travel: I have been all over California and Nevada, Miami, Houston, Guadalajara, Leon, Michoacan Mexico. I would love to travel to Europe, and to Japan (very curious with the food!)
