Want to Learn How: Hmm, would like to learn more about being able to feed my family with food that's fast, healthy & tasty. I'm also interested in learning more about cake decorating and all around improve my cooking skills.

ABOUT ME
I learned to cook as soon as my Mom could put me to work in the kitchen. It has always been a love of mine. Unfortunately, I don't get a chance to cook as much as I'd like to but, I try to do at least 1 or 2 really good meals every week at a minimum. I live in Kansas - the land of beef but I'm not a big beef eater. I'm most happy with a mediterranean spread and fish. I love to bake; breads, desserts, waffles/pancakes, cakes. For a time there, I was regularly doing wedding cakes. While I'm working in a good job (and thankful for it) I still dream of owning my own B&B. In the meantime, I do my best to keep my Husband of 20 years and children, ages 13 & 15 happy & well-fed! :-)
