I'm originally from Scotland and have lived 12 years in London and was recently introduced to the food blogging scene. I met some wonderful bloggers at Food Bloggers Connect 2011 in London and vowed to improve my blogging. A few months later and with a relocation to Hong Kong I am back on the scene. When I'm not eating food, I'm constantly thinking about the next meal and what experiments I want to try in the kitchen. I love the cathartic process of preparing food but without the stress. That's why my tagline is spend more time eating, less time cooking. I expect with a move to Hong Kong my recipes will have a bit of an Asian twist.
