Baking/Cooking Training: My grandmother started teaching me the basics when I was eight. I've been goin' ever since.
Favorite Food: A fresh chocolate cupcake, with chocolate buttercream frosting, and a cold glass of milk. That could change tomorrow, of course!
Favorite Food Moment: Not so much a particular moment, but when I make a meal from scratch, and everyone cleans their plate, I know I've done good!
Favorite Cooking Word: 'Dig in'!
Favoriate Restaurant: Kokopelli Grill for good tex-mex, or Mr. Gyros for a gyro platter and the best baklava ever
Favorite Chef: She wasn't a chef, just a cook. But my grandmother taught me the basics and always encouraged me to try something new.
Interests: Scrapbooking, making cards, reading, cooking and baking of course, hitting estate sales and a good flea market every now and then.
Languages: Mostly English, but I am learning to speak 'man'. It's much harder than you might expect.
Books: The Twilight books, anything by Wally Lamb or Janet Evonovich
Music: Pretty much anything/everthing
TV/Movies: I watch way too much TV, and as far as movies go, I'll watch almost anything.
