Self trained from the age of 12 when I started reading my mom's cookbooks & magazines and offered to take turns with her making our family dinners.
No favorites, I'm a foodie!
Favorite Food Moment:
When my husband finally admitted that going out to eat at a good Italian restaurant was not the same thing as eating his mom's spaghetti with prego sauce from a jar.
Favorite Cooking Word:
Words... local, organic, sustainable, minimally processed, fresh, and in season. Not always achievable, but things I strive for daily in cooking for my family.
