I own Le'Saric Gourmet Caramels. Love eating and making caramels, an addiction since childhood. I took my passion and turned it into a gourmet caramel business. I offered my husband a job without pay and he said "sounds like fun" after he picked his jaw up off the floor. Being married to my best friend is wonderful. We love to create and try out new food recipes and eat them too. Friday night is the only night that the menu does not change. I am very passionate about helping abused and unwanted animals. We are so happy to be apart of BakeSpace since 2008, what a wonderful place to be.
