Want to Learn How: Just about everything, not enough hours in a day though. Besides creating our gourmet caramels we enjoy trying out new recipes and changing them, we are working on learning to knit and to speak Spanish.

ABOUT ME
It should say ~About Us~. We are always together and the best of friends. We own Le'Saric Gourmet Caramels. We love making our caramels, an addiction since childhood. We took our passion and turned it into a business. Check out our website http://www.lesaric.com We love to try new food recipes and have been cooking/baking since we were kids. We like to create a dinner menu for the week (when possible), it is printed out just like a menu you would get in in a Bistro (with mouth watering descriptions and all). We each choose different recipes, some are favorites, but we have to each choose at least one new recipe to try out. Whom ever chooses the recipe is the Chef for that night and you guessed it, the other is the Sou Chef. We always have fun, it is a great way to work together in the kitchen. Friday night is the only night that the menu does not change. We are very passionate about helping abused and unwanted animals. We are so happy we found BakeSpace, what a wonderful place to be.
