Baking/Cooking Training: Lifetime of learning from a Mother, Father, Mother-in-law, Father-in-law, Grandmothers and Great Grandmothers that were excellent cooks and bakers!
Favorite Food: Never met any food I did not like! My favorite foods are Italian and Germany, which are what I learned to make from the above mentioned family members in my younger years.
Favorite Food Moment: Many times while living in Northern Italy, but especially foods eaten at the Royal Hotel in Gias d' Aviano; a number of different Trattoria's in Venice; and small towns near Aviano.

Books: THE Bible, just about any History Book about American History, European History, and World History. Biographies on Lincoln and many other historical figures, and Instructional Books on Cooking, Crocheting, Knitting, Needlework, and Embroidery. I LOVE to read!!!!
