I love, love, love to bake! I have been baking since I was 8yrs old and haven't stopped. I am a graduate from the Essentials of Pastry non-professional program at the French Culinary School in Manhattan, NY. During the fall and the spring I teach an Introduction to Pastry Class in an adult education program. I like to fine tune my favorites and am not afraid to try new recipes. I feel that it is important to challenge yourself with new and more difficult techniques. There is always more to learn and master.
