Baking/Cooking Training: I have taken a couple dozen classes at King Arthur Flour. I am lucky enough to live only minutes from their facility.
Favorite Food: Too many to list.
Favorite Food Moment: The first time I brined a turkey. I served it for Thanksgiving dinner. One of my guests took his first bite and exclaimed that he had never had a turkey that tasted that good. He then spent several more minutes explaining that he wasn't just saying it, he really meant it.
Also when I had my 3 year old taste-test an apple crepe. At which point she exclaimed, "this is the best thing in my whole life!"

ABOUT ME
I am married with 3 children. I would LOVE to go to culinary school, however practicing law seems to get in the way of that. One day when my children are grown and I no longer have to work, I plan to attend culinary school.
