My name is Jen. I started cooking at a young age. Not because I wanted to, but because my dad forced me to learn. I'm glad that he did! Helping my mother with all of her holiday baking helped, too. I believe that a family is centered around food.

Books: The Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich, The Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris, The Noble Dead series by Barb & JC Hendee, anything written by Chuck Palahniuk, Shakespeare, Poe, On The Road by Jack Karouac, Agyar by Steven Brust. The list goes on and on...

Music: All types of rock, blues, jazz, swing.
