Favorite Food Moment: Oysters and Champagne at sunset on Circular Quay in Sydney, Australia after a day on the beach at Manly.
Favorite Cooking Word: FRESH
Favoriate Restaurant: Carpaccio, in Menlo Park, California. The Ensalata della Casa is divine and the Cannaloni is a food memory engrained for eternity. The service is superb and the staff friendly and so accomodating.
Favorite Chef: Jacques Pepin - though he'snever actually cooked for me personally, whatever recipe of his I prepare, I know that Jacques is sitting on my shoulder, guiding me but also encouraging me to find my own way with his creation.
