ABOUT ME
I'm a newlywed living in Queens. I used to think that I couldn't cook, but then I thought, "Well, I can read!" I was wanting to make a special meal for my husband's birthday so I researched recipes online and created a menu. I spent all day in the kitchen, and, to my surprised, I had fun and the food was great! So now I love to cook and try new recipes. I am starting to experiment in the kitchen more, and I hope that I will be able to create some recipes of my own. I'm not as fond of baking, but I don't get a chance to try it as much since I'm trying to watch what I eat. Baking a cake for a family of two isn't a good idea for that! My biggest challenge is my tiny apartment kitchen.
