I am married and I work the night shift as a Labor and Delivery Nurse and need quick and easy meals to make in between shifts. I have been trying to learn to cook for awhile and experimented with recipes from websites. I have had the most luck with the recipes I have gotten from friends and coworkers. For years I have known how to make only a few dishes and am tired of having the same things every week. I am trying to be more conscientious about buying healthy and organic ingredients.
